Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this stunning 1973 Triumph Stag which is beautiful overall condition and comes with Hardtop and Overdrive Transmission. This Stag has low "Actual" mile of 44,396 as indicated on the Ohio title Photographed above and validated by the very nice overall condition of this Stag. This Stag was treated to a color change about 5 years ago and still looks great in its black exterior paint over black interior. This Stag features a nice paint job in Black, A matching hardtop, overdrive transmission, and a great running V8 engine. This Stag is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of Black exterior over Black interior.
Exterior
The Black exterior is in super nice overall condition. This Stag was treated to a professional paint job around 5 years ago and still shows well in base coat/clear coat Black paint. This was a color change from the original color and this Stag was taken apart properly to perform a thorough color change to Black. The paint is in good condition and has a nice shine and great gloss and is smooth to the touch. The body is very solid and the lines and gaps are nice on this Stag. The underside is very solid with no signs of visible rust. Both bumpers are in great condition and have a brilliant shine. The tires have nearly full tread left and the OEM wheels are fully restored and with no curb rash and shine wonderfully. The convertible top works as it should and is in good overall condition. The hardtop is in good overall condition as well and fits the car nicely. All weather stripping and seals are in good condition. Trunk is very solid and clean with spare tire and jack tools. All glass is original Triple XXX glass.
Interior
The Black interior of this Stag is in terrific condition. The seat covers are in great overall condition and are very comfortable with supportive foam and show no major areas of wear. The carpet is still in good overall condition with no major wear or holes. The door panels are in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The dash is in great overall condition and the wood surround looks excellent in the car. A upgraded stereo was added and sounds good in the car. The gauges all work and are clear and crisp. The wipers, horn, stereo, blower motor, and all lights work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.
Mechanical
This Stag is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives well. This Stag have Overdrive and it works as it should and really offers a nice driving experience with lower RPM's while cruising, especially on the highway. The carb. was changed to a Holley carb which runs very well and has a nice idle and is responsive while driving. This Stag pulls well and runs and drives nicely. We have driven this Stag several times and it always performs well, does not run hot, rides tight, and is a true joy to drive. This Stag is an great driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. The clutch operates well and shifting is smooth with no clunking. The exhaust was upgraded to a performance exhaust and sounds great at idle and cruising speeds. A new aluminum radiator was added and keeps this Stag cool. Also, the engine is clean and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This Stag has Air Conditioning and it appears to all be in tact but it currently does not blow cold air. We were told that is most likely needs a charge to work properly.
