A very well cared for 1960 MGA. An automobile that will not disappoint. The gentleman from whom I purchased this car, claimed to have owned it for over 30 years and didn't drive it much. I have owned it for about 2 years, so it leads me to believe that the odometer shows the correct original miles, and has not "rolled-over". The previous owner had the doors repainted, and the painter didn't blend the paint in with the rest of the body, thus the difference in shade between the doors and the rest of the car. (I can only assume the owner didn't want to pay the added expense). There are no mechanical issues. The car runs and drives as would be expected of a 1960 MGA. There are no major rust issues, although I have noticed of late a few small bubbles here and there on the body. The whitewall tires are about two years old. Sadly, I have lost the original shifter knob. Compared to some MGA's, this car drops very little oil. I had the oil changed 6/19. It's a 12v positive ground system. I don't drive it much, and with the addition of another car purchase recently, the wife says it has to go, much to my dismay. I have much more into this car than the purchase price reflects.
