Marauder was most directly aimed at the 1994-96 Chevrolet Impala
SS. This hot Mercury featured a true dual exhaust with chrome tips
that exited at a unique rear fascia embossed with the Marauder
name. The car also sat lower, with a performance-tuned suspension
derived from the Crown Vic Handling and Performance package. Both
its control-arm/coil spring front, and
four-link/air-spring/live-axle rear suspensions touted stabilizer
bars and Tokico shock absorbers. Large vented disc brakes rode
inside 18-inch polished alloy rims wearing low-profile performance
