Vehicle Description
1979 Honda CBX1000Z from the Todd Kirkland Collection
The first 6-cylinder street motorcycle from Honda inspired by The
Honda RC161 250cc 6 cylinder ridden by Mike Hailwood at the Isle of
Mann TT. This is a limited production motorcycle with just two-year
production run with 1979 being the first year. In 1981 the model
was changed from a "Superbike" to a touring model.
This motorcycle has been tastefully modified to make a 40-year-old
motorcycle as reliable as a modern bike.
