Only 1,935 miles on a frame off, rotisserie restoration. It's a
sleeper with a 427 and a 4-speed, very cool!
EXTERIOR: Awesome, clean original body This thing still shows it's
factory dimples all around the wheel wells. Factory pinch welds all
along the rockers. Has original quarter panels, bottom of the doors
are dry. It has been completely repainted in it's factory Blue Mist
metallic color. Has a clear coat finish that looks wet. The bumpers
are rechromed, the side moldings are straight and polished. Door
handles and bowtie mirror are replaced. Stainless trim around the
windows are polished. Has 427 emblems. Upfront the grill is real
nice, the high beams are still the original T-3 bulbs. Jambs are
painted real nice, new weather strips. The glass is crystal
clear.
INTERIOR: Inside the car is completely restored. All new correct
upholstery, door panels, armrest and chrome bases, headliner,
visors, carpet etc. Mirror is new, dome light works. Window cranks
and handles are new. Has embroidered floor mats. The dash area is
restored. It's repainted, new dash pad and instrument bezel. Has
radio delete plate. Steering wheel is excellent. Inside the
glovebox is clean, has the pouch with owner's manual, warranty
booklet and sales book. There is an aftermarket stereo under the
dash and some vintage Stewart Warner oil and temp gauges. New
tachometer.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Genuine 427-425 hp 1966 motor. That is very
desirable. Most 427s I see are built from later 454 blocks or are
lower hp. This is the real deal with factory codes still stamped on
the motor. It has the GM high-rise aluminum intake with a dual feed
Holley carburetor as correct air cleaner valve covers and even the
hose clamps GM hoses looks like the radiator and fan shroud clutch
fan our new alternator looks new master cylinder is a reproduction
Delco battery topper with spring clamp tables all the metal rotten
to the core support firewall Fender Wells is clean no rush no
damage I'll painted a nice semi-gloss black bottom of the Rings
painted and has good insulation squirters on Hunt app you can use
the glass bottle for concentrate
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Inside the trunk is perfectly clean original
metal, no patches. The quarter panels look like they're originals.
It all has a gray and white spatter finish paint. The rim is
painted to match the car with a reproduction Goodyear polyglass for
a spare. Has restored jack assembly. The bottom of a trunk has been
painted real nice, has jacking instructions decal. The jambs have
perfectly clean factory seams with new weatherstrip.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame for a thorough restoration.
The floors are clean rust free metal that were prepped and painted.
New body bushings. The chassis was completely rebuilt and detailed.
Up front has all new steering and suspension. Rebuilt rear
suspension. New brakes, disc in front. E-brake cables are hooked
up. Bottom of the motor is spotless, new starter. The Muncie
4-speed looks spotless, linkage looks new. Has dual exhaust with
stainless mufflers. New shocks. New fuel tank, sending unit and
lines.
A 300 Deluxe with a 427-425 hp, that is cool. This is an
exceptional car with a super clean body. Ready to go have some
fun!
