Vehicle Description
This 1982 Chevrolet C10 is far from stock, but you already knew
that from the first impression. But beyond the bold paint and shiny
wheels is a comfortable custom A/C interior and serious big block
power. So you really get to have it all in this sleek classic
pickup.
We sell plenty of tough C10s at Streetside (and you can still find
a few right now,) but this one goes in a bit of a different
direction. The moment you lay eyes on the super-slick metallic blue
paint applied to the crisp sheetmetal, you know this one was built
to really show off. This is a full frame-off restoration that was
completed in 2017 and less than 500 miles has been put on it since
- that's why it looks so fresh. The power bulge cowl hood,
mirror-like bumpers, and 15-inch polished Centerline wheels are all
part of this showman's package. Plus, as you get closer, there are
a ton of great details, like the shaved door handles, crystal clear
headlights, euro-style taillights, and the custom tailgate with a
cool take on the Chevy bow tie.
Pop the remote door openers to reveal a tan interior that takes the
classic layout and gives it a clean and modern look. The two-tone
tan bench has nice textured inserts for where you sit. Plus, there
are great modern upgrades like an AM/FM digital tuner with iPod
hookup and cold-blowing R134a air conditioning. There's a
terrific-looking wood and chrome sports steering wheel on a tilt
column. And beyond that, the full set of AutoMeter Cobalt gauges in
the custom panel are a clean indicator that you're going to like
what's in the engine bay.
When you lift the hood, you're going to see what everyone wants in
a classic pickup - big block power. There's the exterior metallic
paint on the smooth walls and the only pieces to outshine that are
all the polished components on the motor. So you know you'll want
to show this one off. But more than just style, you're looking at a
ton of substance, too. The 454 cubic-inch V8 has been upgraded with
a Demon 750 four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, MSD ignition,
braided steel lines, billet pulleys, and an aluminum radiator with
dual electric fans to keep it all running cool. The shorty headers
add even more power as they contribute to the thunder of the dual
exhaust. This has a stout 12-bolt rear end, ladder bars (with
diagonal link), and a tubbed rear for extra wide tires - so it
knows how to get all the power to the pavement. And while this is a
true street-eating pickup, there's another side to this build. It's
also a fantastic cruiser with easy driving features like power
steering, front disc brakes, and a four-speed automatic
transmission with highway-friendly overdrive.
Complete with build receipts, this is a mean machine with a great
presence and the right features for you to show this one off
everywhere. So don't let this awesome Chevy truck slip away, call
