Z28 features a Doug Rippe Motorsports DRM 400 engine build with 390
HP / 375 FT LBS TQ (Dyno sheet available). The 350 cu. in. V8 build
includes ported cylinder heads, high flow SS valves, chrome moly
pushrods, hydraulic roller rocker arms and a DRM custom grind
roller camshaft. With a 52mm throttle body, K&N Cold Air
intake, ceramic coated SS exhaust headers and DRM custom tune, this
LT1 provides outstanding performance with long term durability and
drivability. A Hurst shifter with an authentic Corvette Racing
Delrin shift knob provides precise control of the T56 manual
transmission. A Borla tuneable exhaust system allows the exhaust
note to be subtle or assertive, as you choose. DRM developed Xtra
Grip suspension upgrade w/ four- corner adjustable Bilstein coil
over shocks and Hotchkiss Panhard rod /trailing arm assembly with
full polyurethane bushings and strut and subframe braces result in
an exemplary level of control and road holding ability. Corbeau
racing seats and a Wolfe Racecraft roll bar combine with Sabelt 5
point harnesses to enhance chassis stiffness and safety at speed. A
Wilwood 6 piston brake upgrade and custom brake cooling ducts
improve braking performance to racecar levels. Both power steering
and engine oil coolers are fitted to support high speed, high
demand track, autocross or extended highway driving. New Firestone
Firehawk Indy 500 Ultra High Performance tires are fitted and have
less than 500 miles since mounted. A new AC Delco battery is
installed and all fluids (Coolant, Transmission, Differential, Oil
(Redline 10W-40) and Brake Fluid (Motul 5.1) are fresh, with only a
few hundred miles since serviced. In a word, this car is ready to
drive and enjoy. A fresh set of Coleman front brake rotors and 2
sets of new Wilwood J compound brake pads are included. A full
compilation of receipts and maintenance records are available for
