which bodes well for a low mileage car. Perfect body with
incredible vastly original paint - the hood meters a little high
but I can't see any evidence of it having any repaint (no edges or
different color tone finish etc). There are a few small chips on
the hood a small chip on the left front fender and rear left
quarter another on the sunroof all pictured. Also a few small
windshield chips. None of the typical windshield surround paint
issues or anything generally found in lesser 964s. Fantastic
interior showing very minimal wear if any. Seats haven't been
re-dyed dash in uncracked seats are superb as well as the
roof-liner door panels and carpets. The only deviation from stock
appears to be the Alpine CD head unit. Mechanically very strong and
tight Just run through the shop and got the usual:- major service
valve adjustment brake hoses & pads brake fluid flush timing chain
cover gaskets hood & decklid shocks fuel filter etc - around $5/6k
retail. Great syncros good clutch responsive steering and brakes.
This example really drives like a sub-30k mile fastidiously cared
for 964 should. California Collector owned for the last five years.
