Engine runs-has new clutch disc-rebuilt starter-no brakes-needs restoration -vehicle body is solid-has some surface rust -fenders are solid-edges are scraped a little-has some dents on the edges-car is 115 inch wheel base- could be what is called the flying cloud "mate"
