Awesome 1964 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible. Professionally
rotisserie restored starting with a rust-free California car.
Finished in gorgeous Dark Aqua-Blue base/clear paint with White
Convertible Top and FX-type hood scoop with Hemi callout tags. All
new throughout Legendary two-tone interior components and OEM dash
and trim accents. In 1964 the new Sport Fury design had the
optional 426ci Hemi Wedge available and was the largest engine
offered in a mid-size car in 1964. This example has even more, with
a 488ci 676 HP Hemi mill now installed. It is topped with a
Crossram Performance Intake featuring dual FAST EFI fuel-Injection
throttle bodies, MSD components, and chrome oval air cleaner. All
backed by a Heavy Duty A833 Chrysler 4-speed Transmission with a
McLeod dual-disc clutch, Victory severe-duty drive shaft, and a
narrowed Rear End equipped with Strange Axles and 3.91:1 gears.
Very nice to drive with the upgraded performance stability Firm
Feel suspension, including FF front and rear sway bars and FF Power
Steering. The suspension optimization is completed with Wilwood
4-wheel Disc Brakes behind the 5-spoke custom Billet Specialties
wheels. Sounds incredible with top-level TTI 3-inch exhaust with
ceramic-coated Headers and X-pipe. Only 200 miles since the
