I am the third owner of a 1963 California beetle in excellent condition, all matching numbers, and rust-free. The engine has never been rebuilt, but a valve job has been done. The clutch, pressure plate, and release bearing have been replaced. All synchros have been replaced in the transmission, new shocks, brakes, drums, wheel cylinders, and wheel bearings. New BF Goodrich whitewall radial tires. All original sheet metal and glass. New rubber seals, scrappers and felt. New interior German wool carpet and headliner. Original seats and bumpers. Original radio and steering wheel. Beautiful exterior Ruby Red paint job.
