GT40P2367 is a GT40 MKI Continuation built by Superformance LLC. A
quality re-creation of the original Ford GT40 that beat Ferrari and
finished in the top three positions in the grueling Le Mans 24
Hours in 1966, and continued to win for 4 consecutive years. In
developing the exhilarating GT40 continuation, Superformance
engineers went to great lengths to ensure authenticity. So
authentic, the GT40 also carries the GT40/P chassis number and is
eligible for the official GT40 registry and Shelby Registry. The
GT40 continuation is built to exact standards, in fact over two
thirds of the rolling chassis parts are interchangeable with that
of an original car.
Painted in Custom 3 Stage Bianco Pearl White with Twin Viper Blue
Stripes, P2367 is a Left Hand Drive, completed with Painted Sill
Stripes with GT40 Letters, with Viper Blue painted Quick Jacks.
Some great features include a Gurney Bubble, Period Correct Round
Fog Lights, Aluminum Door Eyebrows painted body color, with All
leather Interior, AVON CR6ZZ Tires, GT40 Sill and Floor Mats, and a
Custom Car Cover.
GT40P2367 was completed with a Roush Performance 427IR. This engine
begins with a Dart 351W Block and punched out to 427 cubic inches
and topped with 8-Stack Electronic Fuel Injection and making 560
HP. With Ceramic Coated small block ford bundle of snakes exhaust
system and a brand new Quaife 5 Speed Transaxle P2367 is as
beautiful under the bonnet as on the outside.
GT40P2367 is titled as a 1965 and would cost almost $210,000 to
recreate.
