This beautiful car was built at the famous Crewe facility in the UK. James Young and Mulliner Park Ward designed the famous and classic Bentley T1 Saloon. It was the first unibody Rolls Royce/Bentley series that looks exactly like the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow with some exceptions including the front grille and badging. There were only 1703 cars from this model ever built and this car has a rare left-hand drive for American drivers. 4 door sedan with clean title. This is a two-tone silver and black exterior paint. Paint in good condition with a few minor marks and fender/grille has some slight scoffing. Some body work done at Classic car Paint Shop. Automatic transmission with Engine (6230 cc V8). Power windows fully functional and driver seat power fully functional. Interior: original black – some cracking on headrest – some wear marks. Full walnut interior (with sun ware on the windscreen wood). Interior has beautiful rear picnic tables and spacious seating. All interior lights functional including rear vanities & all interior lights and trunk light. Electric sunroof is fully functional and in good condition. Comes with vintage Bentley T Saloon and Rolls Royce Silver Shadow bound books. Tires are in very good condition. Trunk is super clean and roomy. AC intact but needs repaired to work. Vehicle has been garaged for past 9 years and has been using super unleaded gas with octane boost. Repairs done include: Carbs were rebuilt with full tune-up. Fuel pump was replaced. Front motor mount replaced. Accumulators, valve bodies and pressure switches were rebuilt. Low beam assembly was replaced. Suspension bushings were replaced. Rear brake rotors and pads were replaced and valve covers were resealed.
I purchased this vehicle as a fun VIP car to tour family, friends and clients through our small foothills town of Golden, Colorado. It has been fun to drive in our monthly classic cars monthly events here in Golden. I really hate to part with the car because it has brought me so much happiness and also smiles to a lot of other faces. It is time for me to move on and I'm hoping it finds a great new home of someone that loves it as much as I do.
