1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS is a running and driving project car. It
came to Idaho in 2001 from California where it was built and spent
most of its life.Ran a vin decoder showing that it was an original
V8 SS car from the factory and it comes with all the correct SS
trim and emblems. Believe it came with a 327 high performance
engine, but that was replaced with a rebuilt 350 engine. It runs
and drives well. The engine starts instantly, has an HEI and MSD
ignition with headers and dual exhaust. It has the original Muncie
4 speed. Virtually no rust seen on this car anywhere. Inner fenders
are great, the floor and trunk are great. As you can see, the body
has had much of the body work done and much of the block sanding
done. It looks straight in person. Unfortunately, some of the bare
metal was not primed, so there is surface rust, but no cancer. It
has classic American Racing Torque Thrust D 14' wheels with newer
radial tires. Pictures show the interior removed. It was being
prepped for paint. The front bucket seats are not original
(headrests), but are now in the car so it can be driven. The engine
is super strong, no smoke and it really gets up and goes. It shifts
well and the clutch seems good. It has the power steering box, but
the PS pump was not installed and plumbed. Has the original single
master cylinder with drum brakes. Pictures show all of the interior
parts including seats, door panels and I think I still have the
original carpet. Overall the interior pieces are in good shape. It
has all the original trim and emblems and some extras and overall
they are in good condition. It does come with the original SS
console. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
