For Sale: 1958 Cadillac Eldorado in Stanley, Wisconsin

Offered for sale is a gorgeous example of the elegant, stylish, and technologically wonderful 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham. We assume that those considering this vehicle already have a strong knowledge of these rare, hand-built vehicles. It began its life in black (paint code 110) with light gray "Bayou" cloth and dark gray leather (interior trim code 1301). It was originally delivered to Southern California, and is believed to have been once owned by TV personality Mary Tyler Moore. The car spent some time in Michigan, but returned to California in 2001. In 2002-2003, the car underwent a complete, professional, frame-off restoration by Harry Nicks of Nicks Old Cars, Redlands, CA. At that time it was painted in Lake Placid Blue, and the interior was redone in light gray and dark grey leather. The car was also taken off of it's air ride, although when is not certain. Since the restoration, it has been entered in many shows and won 1st place in its class at the following Concours d'Elegance events: Huntington Beach, Thousand Oaks and Hillsborough. It was also awarded the "Most Elegant" prize at Palos Verdes. Just last month it won Best of Class at the Cadillac & LaSalle Club Grand National meet in Louisville, KY. Very recently a $6000 investment was made to the car to add blue mouton carpeting. This Eldorado Brougham starts easily, every time, and runs quietly and beautifully, as the current owners maintained this vehicle impeccably. Everything is reported to work with the exception of the power seat. Also, the A/C works and is cold, but has weak airflow.
