The V12 was originally designed specifically for racing, however
the design and production team at jaguar decided that the V12 would
be nice addition to the 3rd generation of XKE cars that were built
from 1971 through 1975. A few design changes also happened at this
time but all in all the look was the same sexy design that even
Enzo Ferrari called the most beautifully designed car he had ever
seen. This particular XKE has been restored and is in wonderful
mechanical and cosmetic condition that starts and sounds absolutely
awesome. The car runs and shifts as it should with excellent brakes
and tires. This XKE comes out of a well sorted collection with
excellent storage and service throughout. It is finished in a nice
white over tan, black top and optional wire wheels and A/C.
Everything seems to work as it should and is ready for its new
owner.
