Here's something you don't see come around every day: A '38 Old's hot rod business coupe!
This is a very cool, unique, and desirable model that has been treated to some very cool modifications that make it an easy, fun classic car to drive.
I get asked all the time, “do you ever get any projects?” My answer is: “Yes, if I feel it is a worthy project”.
This particular Old's is too nice to be considered a “project”, but it can use a few minor things completed to bring it to prime status. This Old's, however; has most all of the expensive, hard work finished.
The Black Cherry base/clear paint is beautiful on the all metal car, and suits this Old's perfectly. The interior is clean, comfortable, and nicely finished in gray with custom sculpted door panels, and a aftermarket stereo system. The 383 runs and sounds just the way we like it!
All of these traits are great, but equally important is the way this '38 drives, and it drives NICELY!
This Old's has a nice stance as well, and although it doesn't have power steering, you probably wouldn't know it by how easy it steers.
The brakes are 4 wheel drum, but they stop the car just fine, and pull the car down nice and true.
The Old's has retained it's original gauges and they look great. All of the lights work, the electric wipers work, the windows roll up and down easily, and aside from the driver's side glass being cracked, all of the glass is nice.
This is a great opportunity to own a unique, rarely seen classic Oldsmobile coupe in Hot-rod form that will garner all of the looks at the car show, the cruise-in, and on the road! Fun to drive!
