Purchased from a local Pontiac collector who decided it was time to
change up some inventory and offered us one of his favorites, this
beautiful 1966 GTO CONVERTIBLE ! CHECK IT OUT !!
This GTO was recently treated to a comprehensive ''ground-up''
restoration by a local well known shop that puts out some award
winning work. The body is super straight, solid and clean including
the floors, trunk and frame with perfect gaps and fitment. It was
painted in rare and original ''Reef Turquoise'' using PPG
base/clear then was cut, buffed and polished to a deep luster and
show car shine !! ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !! The matching turquoise
bucket seat with console interior was also replaced new including
the seats, carpet and door panels as well as the black power
convertible top and the chrome, trim and weather stripping. Power
comes from a rebuilt and correct ''WS'' 389 c.i.-360 h,p, tri-power
{3x2bbl} engine that runs smooth and strong. It is backed by a
rebuilt M21 4 speed transmission with correct shifter and a
Safe-T-Trac rear with 3:36 gears.
Features & Options include:
power steering, power brakes, in-dash tach and factory gauges, wood
steering wheel and shift knob, rally I wheels with red-line tires,
dual exhaust with correct tips and lots more !!
This GTO was beautifully and professionally restored original in
it's rare and seldom seen color combination. It runs and drives
flawlessly and will not disappoint !! DON'T MISS IT !!
