Quite Arguably the finest example of the 911 is the 993 version
that was built from 1994-1998 (1995-1998 US Market). This car was
entirely new and much improved over the 964 variant with every part
of the car being re-designed from the ground up including the
engine. And with only 20% of the 993 parts being carried over from
its predecessor this car was a hit and quite possibly even more
sought after now, with the Purist community as these were the very
last air-cooled cars to come out Stuttgart. The Carrera was
available in both rear-wheel and all-wheel drive and was equipped
with the naturally aspirated 3.6 or a Turbo set up. This particular
993 in my opinion is the best of everything that was offered. First
of all, it is the desired all-wheel or Carrera 4 and is the S
variant equipped with the manual gear box. Now for the highlights,
this 993 is a ONE-owner car from new covering just over 34,000
miles. This car has every stitch of paperwork since new including
all service invoices from the dealer it was purchased at. In
addition, a copy of the window sticker, COA, all keys, manuals and
car cover. The brand new set of Michelin Pilots have just been
added in addition to a fresh service. The interior is literally
like new as is the paint. It has never seen snow and has been in
climate controlled storage from new. It is finished in Arctic
silver metallic, has a power seat package, Hi-Fi stereo and motor
sound package. The 993 starts, runs, shifts and stops perfectly.
This is as good as it gets.
