the hardtop without all the glitz. A little over 22,000 such models
hit the sales floor in 1957 for those buyers looking for the
hardtop but not so much of all the extra chrome and expense of the
Bel-Air model. This prime example is in exceptional condition with
original interior, door panels and headliner. The underside of the
car still has the red oxide primer on many of the floor pans. This
car has not spent any of its time in the rust belt and is very
solid in every way. Not an original V-8 car but now has a rebuilt
period correct 283 engine that has less than 1,000 miles since
having a total rebuild. At the same time the ever reliable
powerglide automatic was also rebuilt and installed. One repaint in
its original Canyon Coral paint and this car is a standout in every
way. With wide whitewall radial tires for great handling and looks
this classic car even has the upgraded spinner full factory hub
caps. An original trunk mat and jack with jack instructions still
in place, this car is ready for the local car show or the Saturday
night cruise. Owned by a very particular classic car collector,
