Vehicle Description
This 1970 Chevelle SS was the recipient of a professional, 5-year,
no-expense-spared restoration. The 396/350hp V8 engine is mated to
an M20 4-speed manual transmission, both of which have been
rebuilt. It is also equipped with the Z/25 package specifying the
Turbo-Jet engine, front disc brakes with power assist, performance
suspension, fiberglass belted white-lettered tires mounted on 14"
sport wheels, a special domed hood, black painted grille, wheel
opening moldings (rocker panel and belt moldings deleted) and
special rear bumper with black insert. There are SS emblems on door
trim panels, the steering wheel, grille, front fenders and rear
bumper. It is finished in its original color of Fathom Blue with
black bucket seats and a black vinyl roof. The interior is in good
condition and is original aside from new carpet. It was a
Canadian-built car in GM's Oshawa Ontario plant, and comes complete
with documentation from GM of Canada. It has 65,000 original miles
(mileage not indicated on the registration).
