Vehicle Description
This 1955 Ford Thunderbird convertible is powered by a 292ci V8
engine paired to a 3-speed manual overdrive transmission. It has
undergone a restoration, including an upgrade from the original
vacuum wipers to more reliable electronic wipers. The Goldenrod
Yellow exterior is complemented by a two-tone yellow and black
interior. The battery system has been converted to 12-volt, the
headlights have been upgraded with modern sealed-beam bulbs, and
the car has been fitted with air conditioning. The radiator was
replaced with a larger model, and a more powerful pulley was
installed on the water pump to increase water flow. Service records
dating back to 1985 are included, along with a copy of the original
