All body parts were completely disassembled and media blasted then immediately primed and painted, paint color is sterling gray metallic
Toyota 2F engine completely rebuilt both block and head with new pistons, camshaft, bearings, gaskets and seals
The Carburetor completely disassembled and rebuilt then test ran before installation
The oil sending unit was replaced, and the stock air filter was replaced by a K&N filter
Power steering was installed using a Toyota OEM gearbox and a GM pump
The stock exhaust manifold was replaced by a header exhaust and installed all new pipe and muffler
New vacuum advance distributor with a “Pertronix” electronic ignition, flame thrower coil, and new Optima red top battery was installed
The cooling system:
The old radiator was replaced with new aluminum radiator for better cooling and a high performance electric fan installed
New Antifreeze, new water pump, thermostat, and sending unit installed
Completely disassembled and inspected, some bearings and gears replaced, all new gaskets and seals installed then topped off with new fluids as well as split transfer case with new seals and gaskets
“T case” brace was installed, these strengthen the factory case where there is a potential for cracking (there was no prior cracks in this case).
All new clutch system with new disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, reground flywheel, new slave cylinder and OEM hose.
HFS™ 4” Lift Springs, 1.5” barbell shackles, leveler block, polyurethane bushings, greasable spring hangers, and shocks installed.

HFS™ Springs are engineered slightly longer to push shackles out and away from axels allowing shackles to swing as springs flex. Proper spring shackle angle creates a much softer ride, reduced leaf stress and improves spring durability. To maintain the “Ideal Shackle Angle” requires a much heavier and beefier spring stack than other stiff riding lifts offer.
HFS™ Lift Springs are Heavier and “Softer” riding than any other Land Cruiser Lift Spring on the Market.
Brake system was restored with calipers, pads and rear brake cylinders OEM. New stainless steel braded lines installed, brake master cylinder rebuilt.
Tires are new Dean Mud Terrain Radial SXT 33X9.5 R15. (includes spare) Wheels are new 15X8 steel wagon powder coated black.
