You are looking at a very solid 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door hard sport coupe. This is one of the most solid 55 hardtops I have ever owned. I purchased the car from a friend who had gotten it out of a barn where he was told it had been stored for more than 25 years. I traded it to a good customer of mine who installed a built 1995 Vortex Roller Cam block that was built with an RV cam a pair of 202 angle plug double hump heads was installed along withan Edelbrock intake with a holly 4 barrel carb and a new water pump. He also installed an electric fuel pump in the rear. He installed a new clutch pressure plate throw out bearing and flywheel. The complete brake system is new except for the brake lines which were still good. A new gas tank with sending unit a new dual exhaust system a new aluminum 4 core radiator and new front and rear bumpers were installed. I was originally a red and white car with red interior. At some point it had been repainted blue. This beauty runs and drives just like you would expect it to. A very rare set of Indy Drag Mags was installed. It even has one in the trunk for a spare. There is almost no rust on the body only a couple of very small spots in the front floor and a very little in the rear trunk drop down panel in front of the bumper. I have new panels to replace them.
