This is a very rare, all-original, 1970 Meyers MANX SR2, s/n 42. The car was built on a 1964 Bug frame powered by a special 1971 1600 cc motor imported from Germany with duel Caldron Carburetors and performance cam.

The SR2 is the sophisticated version of the original Meyers Manx off-road dune buggy, the “914” of dune buggies, conceived by Bruce Meyers and Stewart Reed. It is estimated that only 400 were sold and this one is serial number 42.
