Century for sale. This captivating custom Buick is powered by a
rebuilt 425 CID Buick Nailhead engine-that starts right up and
idles strong-featuring a Rochester 4bbl carburetor and Comup-Fire
electronic ignition, all mated to a Turbo 400 automatic
transmission. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 9'' Ford
rear end.
A complete body off restoration was performed on this Buick over 20
years ago and the vehicle still stands very tall in all areas. The
exterior features two House of Kolor paint colors. The roof and
lower body have been painted in Green Shimrin with the middle of
the car being painted in a custom color mix of Green Shimrin and
Organic Green. The gorgeous paint was mixed with metallic flakes to
give this car an enchanting appearance. Complementing the exterior
is a white pleated leather that features metallic green piping
trim. Finishing off the interior is a perforated white leather
headliner.
This car has had many creature comforts to make the drive more
enjoyable. These include a Vintage Air air conditioning system,
power steering, power brakes, and added insulation behind interior
panels to reduce any unsavory road noise. The engine starts right
up and idles with ease and has 18,157 miles on the clock. This
stunning Buick has shaved door handles all of the way around to
contribute to the sleek look of this vehicle. To increase comfort
while cruising, and appearance at shows, this car has an Air Ride
suspension system that can raise and lower the car on command.
Further adding to the comfort and ease of driving this car, it has
a 1972 Nova front clip equipped with disc brakes. In the seemingly
never-ending list of features, this car has there are some secret
switches that control unique actions.
In the rear chrome bumper cover, there are two switches. One is a
battery connect/disconnect switch and the other is the trunk latch.
Hidden within the floor is a foot-controlled button that sounds a
