comforts of home no matter where their current destination. We are
proud to offer this very well maintained 1979 Volkswagen Westfalia

This is the last year of the collectible bay window, Type 2,
air-cooled bus. Owned and enjoyed by it's current owner for 19
years, with 98,000 miles showing on the oil cooler equipped motor,
and less than 10,000 miles since it was rebuilt in 2013. It
features a 4-speed manual transmission that glides through the
gears as it should, and comes to a stop with the assistance of
power brakes. The front seats were recovered 3 years ago in the
original factory fabric and the carpets are in fantastic condition.
The body was repainted in 2010 in the original factory Mexico Beige
and the body is straight , solid and virtually rust-free. It sits
on radial tires with less than 10K miles.
All original appliances are in working condition including stove,
sink and refrigerator, as well as the AM/ FM cassette player, horn,
heat, wipers, lights and signals. It also comes with the OEM tent,
hammock, tables, curtains and owners manuals, as well as loads of
receipts for work done by VW specialists Conaway Motors. This Westy
has always been well cared for and would make a great addition to
anyone wanting the freedom to just pack up and go.
