Vehicle Description
This 1969 Pontiac GTO is a YS-code coupe with factory air
conditioning, power steering, power brakes and a hood tachometer.
The matching-numbers 400ci 8-cylinder engine and the automatic
transmission were recently rebuilt with less than 400 miles since
completion. The car has no rust and is finished in its original
color of Verdoro Green with a Camel interior. Items completed with
the engine and transmission rebuild include MSD electronic
distributor, high-energy wires, Rochester carburetor, high-flow
water pump with new 4-core radiator and an electric fan. The
starter was replaced with a high-torque type, alternator replaced
with a factory-type 110-amp, all belts and hoses were replaced, a
new engine factory dress-up kit was installed, and the engine bay
was cleaned and painted. The front and rear shocks were replaced
with standard gas-type shocks. The original steering wheel was
replaced with a Grant wood steering wheel, and a retro-style
factory-fit stereo with Bluetooth and USB was installed. The
original steering wheel and AM/FM radio to remain with car. The
exhaust was professionally updated, from downpipes to tailpipes.
