Nominated for the North American Truck of the Year award in 2003,
the iconic Hummer H2 was a large SUV produced by AM General and
based off the GMT820 platform shared with other Chevrolet truck
models. Power came from a 6.0 L V8 2002-2007 and was handled by a
4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission 2002-2004. Standard options on
the H2 included air conditioning as part of a tri-zone climate
control system, leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel, cruise
control, power steering, leather upholstery, 8-way power and heated
front seats with dual memory, heated rear seats, BOSE premium sound
system, AM/FM radio, single CD/cassette player, outside temperature
indicator, compass, rear audio controls, automatic headlights, and
universal garage door opener. The Four wheel drive Hummer H2 also
utilized 5-link coil spring suspension in the rear with independent
torsion bar suspension up front and rode on oversized wheels. This
particular example is finished in Sunset Orange Metallic with Wheat
