A well-restored 1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340. This Mopar muscle
car is powered by its 340ci 8-cylinder high-performance engine
backed by a matching-numbers TorqueFlite automatic transmission. It
is finished in its original color of Rallye Red with black Rallye
stripes. It features 20" American Racing Torq Thrust wheels on the
rear, with matching 18" wheels on the front. A full engine and
transmission rebuild was recently completed, with details focused
on modern technologies while keeping the nostalgic look. Some of
these upgrades include a digital ignition with a built-in coil, an
internal regulated alternator with the classic generator look and
an air conditioning system converted to 134a. The engine block,
valve covers and transmission have been all professionally painted
and finished in MOPAR Performance Blue, with the original orange
340 air cleaner sitting on top. The black and white interior
features high-back bucket seats, center console and slap-stick
shifter. The Challenger Rallye 340 Package includes a power bulge
hood, dual exhaust with quad tips, Rallye instrumentation with
tachometer and full gauges, heavy-duty suspension and heavy-duty
shocks.
