Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we kick off our 20th year in the
classic and collector car business we are excited to get this
Corvette again. We sold it 16 years ago to one of my customers. He
had the paint redone as well as the interior during that time.
During the late 60's American Automobile manufacturers produced a
large number of high performance cars that fought for bragging
rights at nearly every stop light and drive-in across the country.
The guys who didn't like to argue showed up in a 427 Corvette! No
car caused more concern for a street racing adversary, and if
you've driven one you know why. Our brilliant Safari Yellow (984)
68 Corvette is sporting a numbers matching BCN 3935439 vin
derivitive (18S420274) matching the serial number L-68 427 that
pulls like 400 ponies should. A Muncie 4 speed manual transmission
sits behind the legendary powerplant to allow precise application
of the rubber to the pavement. Additional features, factory
options, and upgrades include power steering, power 4 wheel disc
brakes, telescopic steering column, removable T-Tops and rear
window, seats reupholstered with leather and red stripe radial
tires. This is a historically important classic as there were only
1932 examples of the L68 produced in 1968. Just imagine rolling the
windows down, tops off, back window out and listening for the 3 two
barrel Holley carbs to open while ripping through the gears. I know
it kinda gives goosebumps just thinking about it. Keep
StreetDreamsTexas as one of your favorites as we are a full service
dealership with great finance, insurance and worldwide delivery
making owning a classic available for many of us. Call now to get
