Vehicle Description
Here's a neat 1934 Chevrolet street rod that not only looks great,
but has the engineering for spirited driving. You'll know as soon
as you take the wheel and fire it up that this is one street rod
that you can enjoy out on the road. Squeezed into the engine
compartment is a Chevy small block V8 with 355 cubes and 350
horses. A Holley Ultra Avenger carb feeds the fuel through an
Edelbrock Performer Aluminum intake. Hedman Hedders dump into a
custom dual exhaust system. All this combines for the perfect hot
rod sound. Edelbrock chrome valve covers and air cleaner dress the
engine along with a chrome alternator and neat billet bracket.
Everything fits excellently and runs quietly because the body and
chassis were made for each other at Outlaw Performance. The robust
frame will handle the horsepower. And a beefy Ford 9-inch with
Moser racing axle will take whatever you can dish out. Great
handling is assured with a proven Mustang II front end and the rack
& pinion steering system that goes with it. The '34 Chevy body has
a just-right chopped top and a magnificent shade of metallic purple
paint with subtle painted on graphics. Shaved door handles give it
a smooth look. Driving a car with a chopped top is so much fun
because you really feel like you're in a hot rod. Monitor the
goings on in the engine room with a classic Sunpro tach along with
an array of VDO gauges in a sanitary billet housing in the center
of the dash. This build adds to the fun with the luxury and
convenience you'd expect in a modern car. The gray cloth interior
is handsome and comfortable. You can adjust the tilt steering for
your comfort. Power windows are at your fingertips, and the Kenwood
AM/FM/CD system provides audio entertainment and includes its own
remote. You can enjoy this 1934 Chevrolet Street Rod Coupe in many
ways, be it shows or cruises, but the best way with this one is
just some good old fashioned high performance driving.
