For Sale: 1976 Volkswagen Bus in Hailey, Idaho

This is a gorgeous van but it does have an original engine and it needs to be rebuilt. We have a 1976 Volkswagen Bay Window Bus on the showroom floor at the Sun Valley Auto Club. This bus adds such character to a showroom full of amazing cars. I'll be sad to see it go but happy for the next owner! This Volkswagen has spent her entire life on the West Coast. A true classic Bay Window that turns heads everywhere she goes! She is wearing her original paint color combination of Sage Green & Pastel White. The front windshield and the rubber seal are new. Also freshly are the installed mid section sliding windows with all new rubber seals. Left and Right rear quarter glass rubber seals were replaced as were the panel seals too. Rubber around rear tail gate window too. Sliding door and front drivers and passenger weather stripping was replaced with all rubber products from West Coast Metrics. The van is very well sorted with new side markers installed after paint. The rain gutters are clean and not packed with putty which is another testament to it's rust free life. Tail light assemblies and all rubber gaskets for exterior latches from West Coast metrics. The interior is exceptionally nice! She comes with the original Brown colored interior. The front seat material and padding are in excellent condition. The middle seat material and padding is in very good condition with only light wear. The rear bench seat does fold down and is in very good condition with only light minor wear. The new head liner came from TMI and was completed after she received her new paint while all the glass was out. The dash board is in excellent condition and crack free. The front kick panels are new and so are the front door interior panels. The rest of the interior door panels are in very good to excellent condition. Rubber floor mats are in very good to excellent condition. Steering is precise and performs correctly as she drives straight down the road never pulling to any side! Safety items all work correctly including brake lights, head lights, turn signals, rear side marker lights, back up lights and license plate light.
