1948 Crosley Pickup.Crosley was a small independent American manufacturer of subcompact cars which produced a variety of models from 1939 to 1952 (interrupted by World War II). This is a roundside pickup with CIBA engine and 3-speed transmission. It has 6,748 original miles. The previous owner painted the pickup golden yellow. We bought it in Oregon 3 years ago while on vacation. We have recently put in a remanufactured fuel pump and carburetor. We also had the wheels powder-coated and mounted new tires. The pickup comes with a lot of provenance including original service manual, Crosley Quarterly Magazines, and a file of information from the previous owner. This is a fun little pickup to tootle around town in or take to car shows. You'll get a ton of attention and questions asking what it is. It always brings many smiles!
