For Sale: 1937 Chevrolet Pickup in Greenville, South Carolina

Vehicle Description

1937 Chevrolet pickup truck hot rod. This truck is the Carolina Vapor Mill promotional vehicle. We have decided to sell and move to something else. The truck was built by a hotrod shop in Charlotte, and we purchased it from them in 2015. Video of truck https://youtu.be/tRffak2cmbo

The engine is an old school 348 V-8 from the late 50's (forerunner of the 409), coupled to a 4 speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter.
Power front disc brakes, power steering, and hydraulic clutch makes it easier to drive than original.
Front suspension has a 4 inch drop for that right stance.
The gas tank has been relocated to the rear and a modern aluminum fuel cell is used for safety.

Exterior paint is a great driver quality clearcoat. Only magnets were used for our logos when attending events to keep the new paint fresh. The bed is finished with a clearcoated wood.

Interior has VDO gauges and new electrical along with a tilt steering wheel. The original interior metal was clear coated over for that patina look. Functioning heater as well. Sound deading in the cab and under the carpet to keep the heat out, and a more modern chevy truck seat covered in black and white to match the exterior.

The underside has some surface rust, nothing serious. A section of the running board is the worst part, I have included a picture of that section.

This truck is a fun runabout with the right sound and look. Gets lots of attention!
