Welcome to THE VETTE NET, a very proficient and knowledgeable
online Corvette brokerage company. Since 1998, we have provided our
professional broker services to the USA and worldwide Corvette
community, assisting both buyers and sellers with their
transactions. We look forward to adding you to our long list of
happy clients. The "Bumper cars", the third generation of
Corvettes, debuted with the 1968 model, but the most desirable of
them all is the 1969, closely followed by the 1970. Due to its mild
refinements and improvements and with limited production appeal,
caused by the infamous GM strike of the time, this model is quite
sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike. Check out our
latest offer, a beautifulBig Block T-top Coupe dressed in Daytona
Yellow and with lots of options. The power plant is the optional
LS5, 454 engine rated at 390 HP. It has the correct casting numbers
and dates on the block, the VIN and "CGW" suffix on the engine pad,
thus clearly indicating the "matching numbers". Transmission is the
correct Turbo 400, Automatic. Other options include Power Steering,
Power Brakes, Tilt-tele Steering Wheel, Power Windows, Air
Conditioning... It recently went through a thorough rejuvenation
process and everything is in working condition as follows; brakes,
vacuum operated wiper door and headlights (including over-rides),
wipers... It has new tires, new gas tank... All gauges and
instruments are functional including the clock. AC system was
converted to R134a and blows cold, however, there is a small leak
which is being diagnosed and likely taken care of. Engine was
detailed and still retains the Chrome valve covers since new with
the famous Tonawanda plant decal. Carburetor is correct for the
application, but not the original one. A correct Daytona Yellow
exterior paint appears to have been applied some time ago and it
shows a few imperfections as seen in pictures. Chrome has the right
integrity. Body appears un-hit, seams are present, there are no
stress cracks. Undercarriage is in clean condition, brakes were
redone, exhaust is likely the original one. Interior looks like the
one it came from the factory and, as seen in pics, in very good
condition. Car runs and drives beautiful, it is very tight,
indicative of a low miler... Fun fact: it has the original Green
part number tag on the driver side spring... It needs nothing, just
a new enthusiast to give it a new home. The reputable Hagerty
Classic Car Price guide is estimating the values as follows: #1
Concourse $71600, #2 Excellent $52400, #3 Good at $34600... What
condition would you think this car is in? Documentation includes
the original tank sticker, basically, the birth certificate of the
car in which all factory options are listed and few older titles.
