Vehicle Description
This 1989 GMC Jimmy is a rare find. A 1 Owner Life-long California
SUV that is in amazing condition. We have nearly every receipt from
when this truck is new until now. The original owner took excellent
care of this vehicle and it shows. It was driven sparingly the last
5 years and always stored indoors. This is a very nice, very clean
unmolested truck. The body is excellent with no rust and it was
repainted in 2003 because of fading paint, but the paint still
looks excellent. It was painted in the original colors of Summit
White and Smoke Blue. The chrome is all really nice and the
underside looks unbelievable. A really nice, really clean rig for
someone. The interior appears to be all original and is excellent.
This vehicle cam pretty loaded up with Tilt, Cruise, Power Windows
and locks and AC. The AC has all of the parts there but is not
working. It will need a charge to see what is going on with it, but
more than likely the refrigerant leaked out over the years from
lack of use.
Mechanically this Jimmy is excellent!!! The 350 TBI (Fuel Injected)
underwent an extensive rebuild 4,000 or so miles ago and we have
the receipts for that work. The Automatic transmission is the 700R4
and that was also rebuilt at the same time and we also have that
receipt. Nearly everything mechanical was rebuilt or replaced over
the years and we have most of the receipts for the work done. This
truck runs and drives excellent and all of the lights, blinkers,
wipers, horn, etc are working. We hand pick each vehicle, drive it,
inspect it, and make sure it is ready for you to enjoy! We drive
what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and accurate
report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures are never
touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
