We have owned the '55 Chevy since the late 80's. The previous owner worked at the Post Service and drove it to work for many years. My husband admired it and used to tell him that he'd love to have it. When the man was retiring and ready to sell, my husband happily bought it and embarked on a complete restoration, as the photos show. I am not sure if the owner brought it new, but we always assumed so and figured we were the second owners.
