I have owned this GTO for 30 years. It will be very hard for me to say goodbye to it.It is a real GTO, not a clone.I have just dropped the price a lot, since i had a backfire and now there is some valve noise. It still starts up great.
I will be finding out what the noise is. It has an indestructible Muncie M-22 four speed trans, and a center force pressure plate that does not slip at all. Around 385hp. runs very strong. This car starts every time, i used it about 3 times a week. The interior is rough but clean. Dashboard is good only cracked on side. Non original seats-no back seat, Fairly new windshield- very clear no cracks---Needs all weatherstripping and headliner
The motor was rebuilt about 60,000 miles ago.

If you came to see it, I would drive it for the test drive, because the gear shifting takes some getting used to. It has a very low rear end gear right now so its extremely quick but you would probably have to flatbed it home if you lived far. The rear end gears can be changed out to highway gears, like they were when i drove from Boston to here in Texas— if you prefer low rpm cruising. Currently inspected, all lights work perfectly.
Tires are not more than 3 or four years old-great tread. New Battery--new fuel tank with new fuel sensor works great. I have matching Z28 rims.
