Actually, I have owned my Z3 six cylinder for 15 years and I was amazed that this four cylinder car revved quicker, felt just as fast (and my own car has 35,000 original miles). Smooth, quiet, excellent ride and handling, a remarkably refined car that (for me) has been the ideal car for long drives.
These make great cruisers....many times I have driven the 450 miles from Connecticut to Pittsburgh and long drives are effortless. Comfortable, economical, reliable, and with great classic style. And a a winding road sports car, offers just as much. And for not all that much money.
