The body is straight, solid & clean including the floors, trunk & frame and the mini-tubs look to have been professionally installed. The gorgeous ''Tahitian Purple'' 2 stage paint is super slick and smooth with a deep luster and show car shine !! It also has beautiful chrome, trim and weather stripping too. The black bucket seat interior in excellent condition as well. It boasts a ''Cheetah'' shifter and ''Autometer'' monster tach and gauges. Now to the good stuff !!! This''Bad-Ass'' Nova is powered by a fresh rebuilt 427 c.i. aluminum head big block engine that was professionally built to run off pump gas. We were told that among other things this engine has a steel crank, H-beam rods, Keith Black 10.5 to 1 pistons, worked aluminum heads, a 600 lift cam with roller tip rockers and lots more. All of that along with big tube headers, high energy ignition, a big Holley DF/DP carburetor really gives this car that hard hitting, ground pounding, nasty big block sound we all love to hear but best of all is it's super responsive and strong running !! Backed by a TH-400 automatic transmission with a 3000 rpm Street Fighter convertor and a narrowed 12 bolt posi rear with 3:73 gears which in my mind is the perfect set-up for the street !!
