Here is what has been done to this since last year.
Brand New 1776 VW Engine by a JAGR (pretty sure equates to 95 hp). This was built and installed last year 2018. Dual Carbs and
Oil was changed per JAGR requirements (so 2 times)
Wheels, Painted black (front and rear), new front tires, rear tires seem fine.
Fenders custom fabricated by AIR BE COOLED and painted by same company.
New Bumper installed and professionally tripled welded, and painted
2 new Hella Horns and horn button and harness installed.
New linkage arm installed in front of car
New Coil shocks installed front and rear.
Two New Cree Lights from Rigid Industries installed as headlights, wiring and independent toggle switch.
Two new front turn signals, wiring, and lever installed.
New weatherproof wiring harness installed.
Ignition button and toggle switch.
New Battery Installed.
New Manual Windshield Wiper installed by glass company,
Steering wheel stabilizing brackets installed to fix steering column vibration due to engine size
New seat covers.
New 3 point racing harness seat belts
Bird head from Max Max
Kermit the frog
Baby head on spring
Light bar for off roading from Ridged Industries
New Gear Shifter, and reverse button to lock out the reverse
Grab bars for each drive and passenger
New Tail Pipes, however they arrived starched and banged up, but I didn’t care, so I just got a discount back from Amazon, then I pinned the baffles in so they are easy to remove if you want to be really loud and obnoxious
New tail lights turn signals
This car is basically a daily driver at this point, there is nothing left to do to it. It is street legal, has a title and registration in my hand, and unlike many other of these cars where they are being advertised as street legal, you will need to get educated on the subject before hand so when you get pulled over, and most of the time the LEO just wants to chat about the vehicle you will be able to explain what this is.
Its an assembled vehicle and must comply with the assembled vehicle check list in your state, this one has everything you will need, but if you are unsure down load the assembled vehicle check list applicable to your state to confirm. This one complies with ILLINOIS, which over regulates everything so you should be good
