1968 Plymouth Road Runner JUST IN!!!! Here is a beautiful PRIME
example of a nice U1 factory ordered (sold car), quality
restoration of a RARE super solid RM21 Pillar Coup Road Runner! It
is almost impossible to find them any morein THIS condition, yet
alone in a factory ordered Monotone Bright Blue Metalic! The body
on this car is very straight with lines that are incredibly crisp
and contours that are very smooth! This car has NO rust and is
super solid. All pans look to be original and SOLID! The paint is
beautiful and is CODE correct as well. It was painted some years
ago withattention to detail and the clear coat is deep and makes it
look like a calm lake! As the pictures show it will reflect any
image put in front of it! The bumpers are true and bright right
along with the rest of the trim on the car. It was ordered with
everything the way it sits today (besides the period correct 383
and rplaced auto transmission) and all of it looks GREAT right down
to the redline tires! The door jams are super clean and the
strikers HAVE NOT been painted! The headlights are clear and free
of cracks and the same goes for the taillights as well. This car
shows incredibly well! The interior is super clean and looks GREAT
in black (the tag decodes differnt but we ALL know Mopar tends to
decode funky from time to time). The carpet is free of stains or
rips. The rearseats look like they have never been sat on before!
The dash mat is free of cracks and looks incredible. The headliner
is TIGHT and has no stains or snags. The door panels look great and
ALL the hardware works as it should! The gauges show NO sign of age
and are super clear, including tach. It retains the ORIGINAL
steering wheel as well. This interior is SUPER NICE! The engine bay
is super cleanand has been detaile painted as well as the exterior.
As said above It hosts a period correct 383 that has been rebuilt
and brought to life with a nice mild Comp Cam! It sounds incredible
and isresponsive. The rebuilt replacementauto transmission hits
every gear no problem and it pulls great though every gear as well!
The reworked 3.23 rear-end is solid also! All the wiring has been
gone through and is in good condition. The suspension has been gone
through as well and it drives VERY tight with new control arms and
sway bar bushings. I have included pictures of the undercarrage as
well. This car is incredible and it will NOT last long at all! It
drives, runs and sounds incredible and WILL catch ALLOT of
attention! We have done our research and this car is what we say it
