The dune buggy is based on a shortened VW frame and 1.2 liter engine 1975 , with 4 speed manual transmission. The fiberglass body is in excellent original condition, as well as the paint which is a dark bronze with multicolored metal flake. The manufacturer was Fiber Jet Enos "500" 1976 which less than 1000 were manufactured, and with optional running boards. Also included is the bolt on 2 point roll bar that can be bolted to the existing 2 point roll bar for complete rollover protection, and a rear engine bolt on cage with hitch. It has a 12v electrical system with tow hitch, and wiring package. I have many records from the previous owners. The engine is in good condition with recent updates including a bosch high performance ignition system, and dual high performance Kadron carburetors, with header type exhaust system. It runs sweet down the road. Definitely a good investment.
