Vehicle Description
1967 Austin Healey Sprite original. Recently rebuilt motor, new
front shocks, brakes, bushings, new rear end and drive axle, new
wheel cylinders, newer tires, 1098cc 4-cylinder, vortex intake
carberators (just rebuilt in March '18). This sprite came out of a
barn about 6 years ago and had not been driven in a while (I can
show you the barn pics if interested). The suspension has been
updated all the way around. This thing is fun to drive and everyone
asks you about it. Great on back-roads and secondary roads. Must be
a driving enthusiast because this peppy thing is stick and pedal.
This vehicle is not for everyone. It is very small and guys over
about 6'-1'-6'-2' can be crowded. However, it is the most fun car
you will ever drive. It has a stereo and disc brakes on the front
(factory, which could be replaced the first year). It also has 4
wheels which are much easier to stay up on. So if you are looking
for a spring ride like no one else has... this could be it. Also,
I'm not claiming this car is perfect by any means. It needs painted
eventually and has a little damage on the small cowl piece by the
driver's side door. That said, this car is a driver and needs to be
on the road. With the major mechanical and suspension sorted out on
this car, the operating expense can be minor, but there is always
an operating expense when you deal with older cars. Please Note The
