Great looking car. Best sounding car! Really, this thing sounds
tough. Has a lopey idle that sounds like firecrackers out the
tailpipes. Comes with a file stuffed with receipts. Also has
registrations going back to the mid 60s. Same owner until at least
mid 80s.
EXTERIOR: Striking metal flake burgundy. It really pops especially
in the daylight. Look down the sides it is really straight.
Actually all the body panels fit real nice too. it is a Virginia
car. The paint looks sexy, it has a polished finish. A new set of
17 inch chrome American Racing special edition wheels and G-Force
Comp 2 tires were recently installed. The trim looks beautiful. I'm
in back looking at the bumper, trim around the tail lights and on
the trunk, it all sparkles. Going down the sides all the moldings,
emblems, stainless trim is straight and shiny. Door handles and
Bowtie mirrors are replaced. In front the bumper and grill are
excellent. Has a few Nick's in the fender eyebrows. The windshield
and rubber seals have been replaced. Door jambs are painted real
slick, bottom of the doors are clean. New sill plates and weather
strips.
INTERIOR: Restored from the carpet to the headliner, literally. The
carpets and kick panels are replaced. The upholstery and cushions
are new. New cushions make the seat feel firm and upholstery fit
nice and tight. New door panels, armrests and bases, window cranks
and door handles. The headliner, dome light, visors even the rear
view mirror have been replaced. The dash area is beautiful. New the
chrome plastic bezel, new steering wheel. There's are a really nice
custom made center console for the B&M shifter and a set of
Sunpro gauges. It has a modern upgraded stereo system. there are
seat belts in the front.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This 327 sure puts out some power! It's built-
has a set of Edelbrock E-Street aluminum heads-$989, high rise
polished aluminum intake and a giant dual feed Holley carb with
custom fuel system. Has MSD ignition system and a set of coated
Hedman headers. It has some nice accessories too like aluminum
pulleys, custom dipstick, chrome fuel pump, chrome alternator,
polished bracket, tall valve covers and a good looking air cleaner.
It is kept running cool with a polished aluminum radiator, water
pump and overflow bottle. Pretty cool high tech radiator hose and
goose neck too. Bottom of the hood and jamb is painted as nice as
the car. Engine bay is painted a nice satin black. It has power
brakes.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: It was boxed and upholstered, carpeted floor.
Jamb and the bottom of the lid way is painted as slick as the car.
Weatherstrip was replaced.
UNDERSIDE: Appears to be really solid. Floors look to be original,
not patched up. Floors have a light undercoat, frame is smooth
satin black. Bottom of the motor is still clean. Turbo 350 trans
has a chromed pan. Has sway bar in back. Recent Flowmaster exhaust
system.
There is a free bonus included- components for adding power
steering. There is what looks like a new steering box, chrome pump,
pulley and stainless braided hoses.
I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for
virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant
amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my
professional impression of the vehicle.
Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure
your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do
a walk around video that explains the car's condition in
detail.
