With a big 400 V8, four-on-the-floor, and a terrific paint scheme, this 1969 Pontiac Firebird might look and sound mean, but you can get it all today for quite a nice price.
This Firebird does a terrific job of highlighting all the things that make you love these first-gen F-bodies. It starts with the burgundy paint. It's a more modern application, which gives more shine to showcase sharp fender creases that make the car look fast just sitting still. And those black stripes added on top focus your attention to the dual intakes of the ram air hood. And this darker paint package makes the brightwork pop, too. So you really get to notice the bold chrome beak-like front end and slotted fenders that make this Firebird look like a bird in flight. And more than just highlighting what Pontiac did, there are some great custom upgrades you can instantly spot, too. The full-width rear spoiler is perfect on a speedy classic like this. And the 15-inch Centerline wheels with huge rear tires really let you know where the power meets the road.
