While 2001 was the first year of the Z06's rebirth, this later 2003
model has its own special place in the books. By then Chevrolet
upped the 5.7-liter LS6 from 380 horsepower to 405, and the
suspension and steering were improved, too. This kind of

see the original numbers-matching V8 proudly sitting in the engine

you have complete control over all the sound and fury the V8 brings
