1956 FORD F-100 This is an exquisitely designed and built custom
1956 Ford F-100 with less than 1000 test miles on a frame-off
rotisserie build. All aspects of the body are laser straight and
glisten in the lapis blue metallic (Code#DCB193439) exterior
complimented with a beige leather interior by Ron Mangus. Powered
by a chrome dressed Ford 351ci Windsor V-8 sitting in a highly
detailed engine compartment featuring custom design flame embossed
inner fenders. The engine is topped with an Edelbrock intake with a
huge Demon carburetor and fitted with headers with cut-outs. Two
Spall electric fans help keep the aluminum radiator cool.
Transmission is a C-6 automatic with a performance shift kit. The
powder coated chassis is fitted with Mustang II front suspension, a
Ford 9" rear end with 3.55 gears, four link rear, 4-wheel disc
brakes (Wilwood rear), and Air Ride on all four corners. The
beautiful interior is dressed in beige leather with bench seat,
German weave carpeting, custom design door panels and headliner.
The interior features power windows, electric door openers, Vintage
AC, chromed tilt steering column, Air Ride controls, Alpine
AM/FM/CD/cassette with an array of speakers, a beautiful Jeti
custom wood steering wheel and Dakota Digital dash. All glass is
new, clear and free of chips or damage. The custom smoothed bed is
lined with wood and stainless steel strips with a sleek smoothed
tailgate tail gate with billet hinges. The rear fenders are
widened. The fuel cell is relocated between the frame rails with
filler access in the bed. The wheels are Budnik Chisel series,16" &
17", polished to mirror like finish and fitted with radial tires.
All chrome glistens. Extensive custom touches abound, from the
forward tilt hood, smoothed running boards, one piece door glass,
smoothed body lines, billet tail light brackets and more. Handles
and drives with ease. Shines like a jewel. Gets attention wherever
