Vehicle Description
1995 Ford Bronco
The fifth and final generation of Bronco attained infamy when O.J.
Simpson led the police on a car chase through L.A. Before that
though, the three door, hardtop SUV was geared more towards safety
than previous generations of Bronco had been. The fifth generation
was given substantial safety increases. From front crumple zones
and three-point seatbelts to a driver side airbag.
For consignment a 3-owner truck with an R title. BUT before you run
away here this one out! Originally bought and lived in Alabama with
its first owner and it had an unfortunate incident with a bad storm
and a tree falling on the car. It fell and crushed the roof, hood,
and a fender, hence the R title. Move to the next owner, the State
Farm Agent whose client had their truck demolished by a tree, and
also had contacts with dealing with Ford Motor Company through his
business. With those contacts and automotive knowledge, he managed
to get the truck completely fixed, of course paying out of pocket
for OEM parts. Owner 2 now has a completely fixed truck. He puts it
up for sale, and owner 3, our consigner, purchases it, uses it, has
virtually no problem with the truck, and has now decided he needs
something smaller. So, I give you the 1995 Bronco with an R title,
and a good story!
Exterior
Very clean, and a good paint job covering with black and Light
Santa Fe rockers and optional step built in under rocker, on this
2-door Eddie Bauer Edition. A tan slightly faded metal top is
installed, and for this year Ford decided it would not be removable
(even though it is with the correct tool!). Badging and chrome is
correct and in excellent condition. BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A
Radials are on all 4 corners and wrap large chromed wheels with
locking hubs. A swing away spare is behind the tailgate which has a
power window.
Interior
2 overstuffed leather tan buckets flank a large center console with
a glove box large enough to almost fit a small suitcase! A leather
rear bench which will fold down expanding the already spacious
cargo area is installed behind the buckets. Drivers bucket is
powered and shows a few tears in the seat area. Dash setup is
standard Ford fare with 2 tone tan under black. An aftermarket
Pioneer stereo has been installed. Power windows, power mirror, and
power locks are noted by their buttons in the doors. Cruise control
is on the steering wheel. Good quality carpeting, in tan color, is
covering the floor.
Drivetrain
A 5.8 Liter 351ci V8 with an automatic 4R100 transmission attached
is under the OEM hood.
Undercarriage
Clean, some surface rust, no structural damage, no holes etc. A
hitch package has been installed, and it appears heavy duty.
A consigner stated 118,000+ mile vehicle, which appears virtually
new exterior wise, as this tree fall happened fairly recently. Car
has good gaps, and excepting a few faults, does not appear as a
118,000+ mile vehicle. Well cared for and runs nicely with plenty
of power if you want to hook something fun up to it. TIMBE
